NshombiaThe first pic was taken in September 2014, 3 months after having Brooke. I honestly thought I wasn't going to be able to get back in shape. I didn't have the time, I was sleep deprived, nursing, hungry, didn't know where to begin, etc. The thought was overwhelming. I started working out in October at LiveNow Fitness, 3 days a week and making better food choices. I was reflecting on my life over the past year and talking to one of my BFFs about my fitness journey thus far, and my problem areas, and it dawned on me....I was focusing on the negative things I didn't like instead of the progress I've made. I had my trainer do updated measurements and had my personal photographer (AKA, my hubby ) snap a few pics. There's still work to be done, but I choose to focus on the positive. LiveNow Fitness rocks!! I could not have gotten this far without them. Thanks to my hubby, David, Bruce, Justin, and all of the other trainers and members of LiveNow for the tools, inspiration, and encouragement!
