STRONGER [45-60 mins]

OUR original class that gave LiveNow Fitness its lift off years ago as Body Rush to Boot Camp Rush to STRONGER Boot Camp and now affectionately known as, STRONGER.

Sessions are designed to improve your overall fitness – strength, cardio, flexibility, agility and endurance. You will be challenged, have FUN and get your body moving in the direction of your goals!

TRX® TEAM Training [45-60 mins]

WE LOVE being a Premier TRX® Training Facility with certified and ranked Coaches. This best-in-class workout system leverages gravity and your bodyweight to perform hundreds of exercises. You’re in control of how much you want to challenge yourself on each exercise – because you can simply adjust your body position to add or decrease resistance using the the TRX® Suspension & RIP Trainers.

SOULdier [45-60 mins]

This class was designed for OUR Coaches because WE need to train, too! You can expect to push, pull, lunge, squat, jump, walk and run alongside any number of the LiveNow TEAM Members as WE all push one another to excel beyond our imaginations.

S.L.A.M. [45 mins]

Want cardio? This class will elevate your heart rate and your mood, too! Also known as High intensity interval Training with OUR special twist of fitness LOVE.

Rock Da BELLs [45 mins]

Total body movements using BELLs [kettle-BELLs, sand-BELLs, dumb-BELLs] delivered in a format that’s guaranteed to deliver the after-burn to strengthen your body long after the session ends.

LevelUp [45 mins]

5-4-3-2-1 …Let’s Gooo! This session is a mix of all of OUR classes!
